Jake personally handles every project from start to finish. When you work with us, you’re working directly with the person responsible for the quality of the service. For him, it’s about more than completing a job, it’s about earning your trust. He doesn’t aim to be just another handyman you call once. He’s building long-term relationships so that when something needs fixing, improving, or updating, you already know exactly who to call: your handyman.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys camping, being outdoors, and spending time with his family. Whether it’s an evening at KRATE at The Grove or a stop at the Wesley Chapel District Park playground with the kids, this community is more than just a service area, it’s his home.

The Story of Our Values

The rocking chair represents a promise Jake made to his late stepdad. When he was a child they enjoyed a meal together at a a Southern restaurant infamous for their rocking chairs on the front porch. Passing by them, Jake said, “Dad, one day I will build you a rocking chair.” Time passed, Jake grew up, and life got busy, as it does. Every now and then his dad would gently remind him of that promise that became a tender inside joke. Jake’s dad unexpectedly passed away in April of 2024, before he was ever able to fulfill that promise.

When planning his handyman service, Jake reflected on the core values he wanted the company to represent, and his dad kept coming to mind. Especially his work ethic, humility, kindness, and selflessness. In truth, he was a true traditional southern gentleman, with a heart of gold. When it came to work, no matter how long it took, he made sure it was done the right way. So, the rocking chair represents the promise that Jake made to his dad as he ventures on to build proverbial “rocking chairs” for others, serving them with the same values his dad instilled into him.
